Pilot Production Facilities

Adhesive Consultants has a pilot production facility which can accurately duplicate manufacturing conditions. Our pilot coater, mixers, and ancillary equipment allow our clients to test the performance of experimental coatings and check the adaptability of new processes before they invest in full scale production. Also, arrangements can be made to produce small runs of specialty products on our equipment.

Pilot Production Area Equipment includes:

2 - 12" Pilot Coaters
1 - 40" pilot coater
1 - 60" rotary knife slitter and 1 - 30" slitter
full mixing and compounding services
multiple coating methods
connection, IR and UV drying / curing
